Kurzerhand wird diese Fläche mit in den Wohnraum integriert:
Wände werden herausgenommen und eine neue eingefügt, um den neu entstandenen Wohnraum zum Flur und Treppenhaus abzutrennen.
Ein großzügiger neuer Lebensraum entsteht, der durch einen durchgehenden Bodenbelag verbunden wird. Der Essplatz rückt zur Küche und im Wohnzimmer bringt ein neues bodentiefes Fenster Helligkeit und den langersehnten direkten Gartenzugang.
